    I absolutely love it here. Pat is the best personal trainer i ever had. Talking to Pat and coming to this gym has changed my life. We set goals and are now working hard towards them. Everybody is very encouraging and supportive. Pat and Ethan are the best! Definitely recommend everybody to come in and try it out.

    By far the most amazing trainer and gym!! Everyone there is amazing and supportive! Pat not only changed the way i feel about working out but also the way i view things mentally! He’s a true inspiration! Worth every penny!

    Just move makes fitness for me and my whole family so much fun. The training is outstanding and tailored to each of us. This has us all excited to go to the gym. Coach Pat and his team bring us a motivation and energy thats priceless ! Just move training will make you look forward to working out and changing !
