As someone who was out of shape and hates gyms I was hesitant to begin working out. Within two months of training with Orit at Infinity Health and Fitness, I have seen amazing changes in myself both physically and mentally. The workouts and nutritional advice have led me to make positive changes in all areas of my life. Orit is the most motivating, inspiring, and encouraging trainer I have ever met and genuinely makes me want to work harder every day. She has given me a newfound sense of accountability for my health and confidence in myself. I absolutely love working out here! Ever since I have started, Orit has challenged and pushed for me to do my best. I love the boot camps at Infinity Health & FItness. I have been taking the classes for over a year, and I have never felt stronger. Orit Mann is such an amazing trainer — every class is different and always a great workout. She also knows how to make class fun — we always laugh while pushing ourselves — and is so supportive of everyone, and really understands each person's fitness levels. She pushes us, but it never feels stressful or arduous. I recommend her classes and training sessions highly — the classes actually make me look forward to working out!
