Kickbox classes here will work your core, strength, cardio and endurance. John, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and always helpful with information, technique, and a warm welcome. These classes are appropriate for all ages with self directed levels - you will absolutely progress in your fitness goals.

(May 9, 2018, 10:53 pm)I really enjoy the classes at CKO. I’ve been going now since January and I have to say it’s one of the best full body work-outs I do. It’s a great way to relieve stress too, you can’t help but leave there feeling lighter! I highly reccomend trying it!

(February 21, 2017, 12:48 pm)Greatest workout I've ever done! Compared to other businesses with similar programs, this one is very affordable. The owner, John, is such a great guy. He makes sure your form is good during every class and shows you how to properly perform each move. The classes are the hardest hour of my life, but I love every minute of it. Alyson and John are my favorite instructors to take. I usually go a few times a week, more if I get out of work early. You'll be sore and you'll love it! I've already lost about 20 pounds and counting due to these classes and eating healthy. I'm a CKO addict for life now.
