(August 11, 2021, 8:43 am)I took resistance band classes. Seeing that this was my first time doing this I didn’t know what to expect. There were students who had been with her for a few years and then me. She gave me the time and attention I needed to feel comfortable. The other students were very helpful as well. It is certainly a family/friend environment. Everyone encouraged each other.
With that being said, understand that you will use muscles you didn’t even know you had. Though you may walk out sore, it feels good. Naiesha is a great teacher and motivator. I’ll be back! -

We learned different choreography each day so it kept the workouts exciting (never a dull moment). Naiesha has great energy and she’s easy to talk to. So Follow and Support She Pumps Fitness.
