IRON ALPHA

If you're reading this you might be in a similar position that I was in a couple months ago- wanting to make a change but unsure of how to make the first step. I was intimidated of even just the thought of making that first step, but I used the contact form and thought what was the harm of just finding out more about the place...It did not take long at all for someone to reach out to me.
I had the opportunity to explain what my goals were and I was able to learn more about what was offered, and seeing how the two could be aligned was made possible because my personal schedule was valued..I was given the chance to make this work without compromising work or family life and that made the possibilities feel even more attainable.
Before I came to Iron Alpha I would join a gym during some special promotion, aimlessly go walk on a treadmill a couple of times, and then cancel my membership. No investment was made to myself and I would come away with nothing of course.
Now let's fast forward to 3 months after joining Iron Alpha and I have lost about 20 pounds! My goals have become reality and I am doing things I never thought were possible. The support and motivation that I have received can not be compared to anything offered at any other gym. I have to thank this amazing team for showing me how capable I am, to not be intimidated of making changes, and for teaching me just to take one more step than I did yesterday. Thank you to Erick, Kevin, Mario, and Igor!!!

The Iron Alpha Gym has been a truly amazing experience. Mario and the team are exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. They have created an environment where everyone is welcome and respected. They have created a close knit community that motivates anyone to come to the gym and give it their all. 10/10 recommend

Mario and Team are the most knowledgeable and personable trainers I have ever worked with. I was a Division 1 athlete and I can tell you their training and diet plans are top notch. They have gotten myself and family on track and we are in better shape now than we were in our college years. If you are looking for no nonsense non commercial type gym experience this is your place. You won’t be disappointed. I swear by Mario, he is like a training magician.

Shout out to Wolfpack Lyndhurst for creating an amazing environment to uplift people and help them reach their fitness goals. Improving your fitness and overall health is a challenge for many, and the last thing you want to be is bored at the gym. They make it a fun time and are also pros at the fitness game. Only have positive things to say about WolfPack Fitness and Mario! While the facility has everything you could need in a gym with a great modern atmosphere, the true benefit is the head trainer Mario. I wasn't even looking for a personal trainer when I walked in for a consultation, but his energy, professionalism, and expert knowledge were what sold me. He really makes the workout fun and effective, with personally tailored routines that leave me feeling energized and spent in the best way. In just a short amount of time I've seen improvements. Can't recommend this guy enough -- he is the real deal!!
