BFF Bootcamp

Joined BFF since July 2022 and I love it. Jonathan & all the trainers are AMAZING, they push, support and hold you accountable for all your goals/growth. Started off with a goal that I have surpassed and looking forward to my next. I am feeling healthier and stronger, both physically and mentally - huge life changer! Highly recommend!

I have been with BFF since 2018 and highly recommend it. I love the structure of the daily workouts and the nutrition guidance that Jonathan provides. Jonathan and all the trainers are amazing. They know how to motivate and challenge you but also add in some fun. No matter what class you take, you will always feel welcomed. You won’t get the focus and dedication from any other trainer out there. The BFF community is truly like family.

I'm grateful for the BFF Bootcamp, its community of members, and its excellent trainers. My one-week trial turned into a 12 wk enrollment that I quickly renewed. After a trial week, my husband also joined BFF. The owner is friendly, supportive, informative, encouraging, and fun. He takes great pride in providing a clean, safe, and fun space for our workouts. The trainers are excellent. They'll help you with modifications, ensure you have proper form to avoid injuries and push you outside your comfort zone. The members are welcoming and just as encouraging. While I was intimidated at the thought of starting, given how long it had been since I had worked out, that was quickly a non-issue. The workouts and environment accommodate all, no matter your current fitness level. I have seen a change already in my strength, body composition, and measurements. I love it and am grateful I signed up for the trial!

BFF Bootcamp always gives me the push I need to better myself! I have returned back to this program after over a year due to a career change, and am already feeling physically AND mentally better. The trainers are extremely motivating and get you excited to work out every day. All of the BFFs are so welcoming and genuinely want you to succeed. You can go at your own pace, and the trainers give modifications or alternate exercises whenever needed. BFF Bootcamp is truly a comfortable environment and has your best interests in mind!

I joined bff Bootcamp last march and I love it so much! The trainers are the best and are always looking out to correct form and encourage you! BFF is more than just a workout..the friends I have made are now my workout family. Here’s a pic of us at city challenge a race I never imagined I could do but with BFF they support you!! I highly recommend!!!!
