This gym has modern equipment suitable for many ages and many skill levels. The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, respectful, and will not let you cheat yourself. UMBC is a great place to get started or continue your training. After attending for several months I can say I’ve learned and developed just as much as I expected to and will continue attending

Amazing coaching experience with such a talented and experienced staff. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend to anyone that wants to get in shape and learn how to box. The staff are friendly and know how to challenge you to be your best. The owner Ian has been nothing but honest and accommodating. Highly Recommend

I LOVE Upper Montclair Boxing Club!! I’ve been training there for well over a year, and I come twice a week every week. They are amazing at working with my busy schedule. They work you hard, but never push you beyond your limits. Everyone who works there is so kind and caring.
