(August 24, 2019, 6:47 pm)Fast efficient competent service. Great service writers, mechanics know their vehicles in and out. Easily reachable location. Free Wi-Fi and coffee while you wait. Car is always ready at the stated time, and they wash your car before you leave. All around great dealer.

Three County VW has the best prices for service and parts hands down of any VW dealership I have been to in NJ and NY. The Service department is exceptional! The Parts department is exceptional! They provide loaner vehicles at no cost to you unlike some dealerships that want to rent you a car instead and they will absolutely work with you on pricing. This dealership is the first and only one that offered me the lowest possible price right up front. When I was quoted I already knew I stepped on a diamond. Same with the Parts Department. If you bring your business here you will never have to shop around again. It will cost you money to not deal with Three County. I can not tell them enough how much I appreciate them. I have just exceeded 140K miles on my TDI and doing everything that needs to be done to get another 140K Miles has been a pleasure. Whether you get the work done here or get the parts you need to do it yourself, you are not winning unless you are use Three County VW.
