From the minute I spoke to Bonnie to set an appointment for an estimate to my meeting with Dan, everything about this business & staff is Top Notch! They provide email updates as to the progress of your repairs as well as personal contact! My car looked better than when we p/u from Dealer! I only wish I could give Parkway more than a 5-star Review!

(February 16, 2023, 10:46 am)Got into a accident and was referred by my insurance. Bonnie kept amazing communication the entire time my car was at the shop plus I received updates Via text. They work with the Enterprise nearby which was great. My car was completed in 6 days although my estimate was for 2 weeks. When I arrived my car looked great and they even had it cleaned!

Not only were they above and beyond welcoming, but they were very professional and knew what they were doing. Always notified me with anything new about my car repair. My car looks amazing!! I definitely would recommend this auto body to anyone in need of one.
