The Reform Temple of Forest Hills

The Reform Temple of Forest Hills is a warm, welcoming synagogue. The clergy is supportive, energetic, innovative, and caring. We have a rich and diverse community where all are welcome. As a member of our Social Action Team, we are continually involved in activities to support our local and broader New York City community with food, clothing, and various acts of caring and kindness. I am looking forward to our next Midnight Run, when we will meet with homeless individuals on the streets of Manhattan, share some food and hot coffee and do our best to supply necessary clothing, toiletries, and other articles of need. Stop by and learn more about our Temple and the many educational opportunities provided by our wonderful religious school, as well as our Rabbi and Cantor. Finally, our music is incredibly beautiful and diverse: coming to services to hear our Rabbi speak, as well as our Cantor, chorus and musicians, is a truly wonderful experience.

There is a sense of caring and community at RTFH which is not always easy to find. The Reform Temple of Forest Hills has been many things to myself and my family, whether it be educational or spiritual. There are so many opportunities and activities and the clergy here are so engaging. The temple welcomes all.

The Reform Temple of Forest Hills has a vibrant, supportive, nurturing and loving community. The temple is welcoming to everyone, regardless of race, religion, or sexual orientation and continually practices community service and good deeds. The Shabbat night services are lovely and there is a large group of congregants that attend regularly. I would recommend this temple to all who are seeking a synagogue where they can feel at home and want to be part of a thriving community.

The RTFH has the most caring, warm and non-judgmental congregations one could find. You feel the warmth when you walk in the doors, as people greet you immediately. Led by the powerhouse team of Rabbi Kaiserman and Cantor Jacobson, the RTFH has wonderful services, educational programming, religious school and much, much more. Well worth the small effort to become one of the family!!

RTFH is a warm and welcoming place of worship. There is a commitment to community and social action that makes me very happy. Visitors to services are greeted warmly and immediately feel like they belong. Rabbi, Cantor, and Board Members are accessible and responsive!
