I had a wonderful experience at the store. There was a sale of buy one get another pair of shoes 70% off during the black Friday sales. I couldn't resist and had to come back the second time just to be curious - sadly didn't have enough money. So I've asked the manager (Jeremiah) if he could hold them for me until tomorrow. At first he said they usually don't but reassured him I'll be back after work, and was kind enough to do me a favor

Came back the next day, and saw my items were still reserved behind the register. During the transaction he mentioned the sale was reduced to 50% off, which kind of sucked but still was an awesome deal. I used to work in retail for years, so I understand how corporate can be when changing a sale from one day to the next. We all have to realize that people who are in the retail industry work hard to cater for us
