(November 13, 2022, 7:00 am)OMG got myself the most comfortable pair of NB walking shoes on the face of the Earth, I put in about 15,000 steps a day at work as a Personal Shopper, so a good pair of shoes is a must - and they were 40% off - Josh was very helpful, with his help I discovered a 7.5w would do me just fine. (September 27, 2022, 9:00 pm)I'm so glad I made it to the NB Outlet. I have been suffering with very sore feet for sometime, my Podiatrist highly recommended New Balance sneakers. I was greeted nicely by Dwyane/Herman and he put me on the size sensor which determined I've been wearing the wrong size shoes for years!! In the week since I made my purchase my feet are feeling so much better 😌 I've gone from dreading ever step to thinking about running again! Amanda was also extremely helpful and nice. God bless you all. You changed my life !

(April 6, 2022, 7:36 am)Conveniently located in jersey garden mall. When you have big queues in Nike and adidas, you still have New Balance :) 🙃 yeah .. both Nike and adidas is always crowded and takes 30 mins to get in. First time to NB showroom and I liked it .
Very nice and helpful staff . Service is normally very average in many other shops in this mall, but NB was good. Nice selection of shoes. Picked up few shoes and it felt comfortable. Mostly 30-40% off .. Will surely visit again. 👍👍👍 -

(June 9, 2018, 2:08 pm)Very friendly and helpful staff. Wasn't sure what I wanted to eat and the staff were able to suggest a few items to try off the menu. Staff came by my table to see if everything was ok with the food. I will definitely stop by again for my coffee, cold drinks, pastry and sandwich needs.
