Sunny (Shail) is a FABULOUS broker who will go above and beyond for his clients. Sunny was beyond belief amazing, and delivers what he promises. He is fantastic when it comes to negotiation, scheduling inspections, co-op application (He is very familiar with co-op board approval process which is absolute must when purchasing in NYC and getting things done in a timely manner). He was always available to answer any questions, and stayed on top of all processes and interested parties during the purchase of our apartment. I recommend Sunny at Chintan team to anyone who needs a broker who has your best intersts and delivers in your favor. Closing is always nerve-wrecking but Sunny made the process indeed a breeze. We are truly grateful to Sunny and Chintan for being amazing and getting the deal close in our favor.

In about three years period, Chintan helped us to rent (with option to buy) a beautiful apt in Riverdale in a very short period of time, negotiate an excellent price to buy it within a few months and then sell it after two years when we had to move at 10% higher price.
