Mr. Kevin Bethel. There is a lot I can say about him but I will start with AMAZING! My husband and I were previously working with another realtor, which didn’t work out. So when Kevin was recommended, we were a little apprehensive about starting another relationship with a new realtor but I can say it was the best decision we made. He is not only very knowledgeable about this business, he’s also very patient which is a plus because this was our first big purchase. Communication is key for me. So it was reassuring that when I had a question or a place I wanted to see, the response time was quick. Our Long time friend and neighbor relocated 3 years ago and Mr. Kevin Bethel was their listing agent that sold their home expeditiously with multiple offers! Upon our request they referred Mr. Bethel to us with their blessing and a glowing recommendation!

From our very first call of introduction 3 years ago, he has been in "real time" communication with us to this present day. We absolutely needed his diligence, professionalism, and expertise in listing and selling my late fathers older home "as is, with needed updates." Although it was "move in ready," it was in a state of "probate" in the Court system and the Covid shut-down, that added much more time to the process. My husband and I have never been in a situation like this, and Mr. Bethel guided us through the entire process. His reassuring presence, patience and knowledge gave us confidence and peace. Although very few, whatever questions we asked and he did not have an immediate answer for, he would do the research and get back to us promptly. To Mr. Bethels' credit, my Fathers' home sold in December 2020!
