He was kind, professional and went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. Even when our car was totaled by insurance , he continued to work to keep us happy! (February 2, 2019, 9:10 am)a few weeks ago I was in a pretty bad accident and the police dispatched R & R to tow my vehicle, the owner of the shop Jesse came and towed my Jeep. He was not pushy at all but offered his collision services to me and at first I was a little concerned about having my car towed all the way to Port Washington but he promised the car would be dropped in my drive way in Hicksville when the repairs were complete. He DID NOT lie !!! not only did he handle everything for me, he also made my Jeep look like it was right out of the showroom. I would recommend R & R to all my friends and family.
