My car was involved in a hit & run while visiting family. Port Washington Auto Body repaired my car and did an amazing job on everything. There were several issues with my insurance company trying to get over on me with rental fee's and other things. Mike stepped in and got me situated and made sure I was happy and satisfied through out the process. He has amazing customer service and kept me calm lol. I definitely recommend them to anyone they went above and beyond to help me and great customer service can't go unnoticed. Thanks Mike !!

I was involved in a bad accident. I brought my car to this facility and was extremely happy with the entire staff and the work. My insurance company didn't send the payments in time for me to pick up my vehicle but Michael called them went over the insurance laws and next thing I know there's a adjuster dropping off the check. Michael and his experience in the business was remarkable. I have a new body shop now. Thanks guys and kudos michaell to a job well done!!!

I brought my car in to this shop for some major damage after I was in an accident. The service was exceptional. Michael walked me through everything and was very patient with me. The work they did was amazing, and my car looks like new. I have a new auto body shop - definitely recommend!

There staff was a pleasure to deal with. They waited for the cops with me for 3 hours stood by my side to help walk me threw this stressful situation. I’ve have used another shop in the past waited almost 7 weeks for my car, but this time around they told me two weeks in a half in 12 days they called me told me my vehicle was ready. I couldn’t make it out to them and they said don’t sweat it we will deliver it you for no fee. 😧 I was extremely grateful. The work was amazing like it never even happened. I strongly suggest everyone to give them a shot there work, there staff speaks for itself. 🙌🏼
