Pet Dermatology Center

I still can't get over the service and care I received at Pet Dermatology. I was extremely worried about my little dog French Fry. Dr. Levinson gave a level of care that I wish more doctors gave to patients and not only comforted us but our dog too. He was extremely professional and checked up on us to make sure FF (French Fry) had a full recovery. Thank you again for everything! Highly recommended.

My black pit bull suddenly developed lesions all over her back (turns out to be an adverse reaction she takes to manage a condition that allows her to walk).
I need a dermatologist - and found the Pet Dermatology Center via Google...I promise you it was a Divine discovery!!

They worked us into the schedule asap (just before Dr. Lee was leaving for 2-week vacation).

From the minute we walked I felt like we had been invited for a play date. The staff came around to welcome Stormy...they loved up on her - she was completely at ease (even after the very bark-y little dog burst upon the scene).

Dr. Lee sat with us and her tech to explain how they were going test/biopsy the sores, what it would cost and how we would likely need to go forward once we had the results.

Stormy was happy to walk with the various members of the team to get her testing done.

The doctor spent another several minutes with us before we left, talking about what they were expecting from the results...but made it clear she would be following up with us even while she was away. It was also made clear that Stormy would be on the VIP list until we had a sense of the diagnosis.

The communication between the entire staff and I over these last 4 weeks has been consistent and thorough!
I definitely feel like we're a team - who share one objective: Stormy's health and long life!

I am so grateful to Dr. Lee and her awesome team at The Pet Dermatology Center. They treated my cat, Buddy, so well, and gave him lots of love and treats during his visit. Dr. Lee is fantastic- compassionate, knowledgable, thorough. She patiently answered all my questions and sent home detailed instructions and an appointment summary, as well. I also love that Dr. Lee is Fear Free Certified, so low stress handling techniques are implemented during appointments- which gives me great peace of mind. I will definitely be referring people here!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had today at the Pet Dermatology Center. First, we were able to get an appointment very quickly and not having to wait a month for Gracie to be seen was very important to me. The reception staff were so helpful and thorough to get all my information and background before the visit since we had to do curbside drop off due to Covid restrictions. I have to say I was a bit nervous not going in with her and not having met the doctor or staff, but I have to tell you those worries are out the door now. The tech came out to the car took her right in and within minutes I received a call letting me know Gracie was doing great and kissing all the staff, so I knew she would be fine. Once Dr. Lee was finished with her exam she called me and I have to say gave me such a detailed diagnosis of what was going on with Gracie and took the time to explain all of the treatments and which would be the best route to go with her. Dr. Lee went above and beyond during her call to me and I have no doubt I wound up with the right doctor. All of her at home care was explained in detail and a follow up email came immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Pet Dermatology Center. THANK YOU TO DR. LEE AND ALL YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF!!!
