We had an exceptionally positive experience with Fox-Rent-A-Car in West Palm Beach Int'l Airport. Our car experience was positive and reliable. Staff was welcoming and responsive! In particular, our shuttle driver Frances went out of her way to make us feel welcome both during our arrival and at departure!

Shaun was super super helpful and walked us through all the additional fees and ways to make the rental smooth for us. It was a super easy service and we took the car to Canada and back with no issues. We were a few hours late to return and not late fees! Helped get us fully covered as well. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
