Excellent experience. Shaun was super helpful and accommodating. Was a very smooth process from beginning to end, which was a relief, since this was a last minute trip for me because my mother was in the hospital. Answered all my questions and great customer service all around. I Will definitely be using them again for my next trip!

Shaun was super super helpful and walked us through all the additional fees and ways to make the rental smooth for us. It was a super easy service and we took the car to Canada and back with no issues. We were a few hours late to return and not late fees! Helped get us fully covered as well. Great experience and would definitely recommend!

The shuttle brought me straight to the location (no need for Uber) they assisted me right away and charged me $10 less for the young driver fee than other rental companies. I would recommend Ace!

Shaun was absolutely amazing ! He made us feel welcome 🤗 we were given a great car in such a great state! It was a great experience overall !
