My fiance and I recently had the pleasure of working with Patrice at Orchard Realty. After months of searching for apartments on our own and being unsuccessful we decided to sit down with a realtor and this was honestly one of the best decisions we made. Patrice gave us her full on attention and worked with us immediately when we walked into her office. She made us feel so welcomed. She kindly introduced herself and sat down with us. She gladly asked us to give her an idea of what kind of apartment and in what area we would like her to show us apartments. The first apartment she showed us we immediately fell in love with and now we will be officially moving into our new apartment soon. This was a smooth and fast process. I saw the house online and scheduled an appointment to meet with the realtor the following day. The moment we walked into the office everyone was friendly, Patrice is the best she never made us feel uncomfortable and was 100% honest with all the answers about the house and the process. She helped us get into a beautiful one family house that is absolutely amazing and she made sure the landlord fix the house to our accommodations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORCHARD REALTY!!!!!!! After searching on my own I happen to come upon an apartment listed by them. Patrice and other staff very pleasant and professional. They took our information and showed us places right away. We were able to find something within a few days of using their service. Patrice made us feel like golden clients and very efficient. If you are in search of a place it is worth the realtor fee because these ladies are friendly, and have their clients best interest. They work hard to find what is right for you.
