We met in early December 2022 to discuss the timing as we were moving out of state and needed to leave her in charge of everything, from staging to closing. She gave us a few options, so we waited until January 7th 2023 to put the condo on the market. We had great results during 2 weeks of showings with multiple offers by January 18th. We accepted an offer on January 21st. and closed March 3rd. During this whole process we had constant communication and she made herself accessible and worked around our schedules.
