This gym is A VIBE! The coaches, the front desk, the owners! They are inspiring and motivational. There milestone work outs are a great way for you to see how far you’ve gone in your training. The signature work outs are also extremely fun! I’m obsessed! My biggest accomplishment was completing their DRITRI workout! If you live in Rockaway and have been thinking about joining DO IT NOW!!! You won’t regret it!

I would never work at a place I didn't love or fully believe in so that says A LOT about my feelings on Orangetheory. As head coach I LOVE the fact that I can help change lives of ALL training levels all in one room all at the same time! Thats truly something special and really brings everyone together not only for the common good of health and fitness but also as a community of people supporting and encouraging one another. As a member, I love the fact that I can workout along side my Mom & Mother in law and make that a new hobby that we can share together. My endurance has truly improved since adding Orangetheory into my fitness regime and I know that without the science backed technology that is incorporated into the training I would not have gotten my cardiovascular endurance to where it is on my own! Forever grateful for my new job & my new fitness routine!

The best hour of my day! Such a supportive coaching staff and the environment is positive and encouraging. Not only are we pushing each other, but our coaches are trained and certified to give us only the best workout.

Been with Orangetheory for 3 years already and I can confidently say there is no better community. It’s so much more than just a gym. It’s a solid workout, great atmosphere, and supportive group of people from front desk, to coaches and your other members. Super friendly and made for people of all fitness levels. So happy to have an OTF in the neighborhood!

I stumbled upon this place on line, book several times and cancelled because I was at the ymca so I think I don’t need to be another. Then I decided to try the free class with my daughter and get hooked. I love this place when you walk in the people at the front desk is very pleasant great atmosphere, for the first 2 class I was lost but on my forth class I got most of it.
Drew is very knowledgeable and is an excellent motivator I want to say thank you for being so helpful patience and kind also taking the time to watch and make sure we were doing the activities correct. Great coach drew.
