O star Laundromat

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc there was a miscommunication with the times the girl in the phone was rushing and didn’t get the correct information, but other than that everything was amazing!!
I called Friday night to schedule the pickup for Saturday they came at noon and I had my clothes back by 7pm. Everything was washed, folded and sorted out. Everything spells so fresh and clean, they even washed my laundry bags!!

They price is amazing for a pickup and drop of service. They are even cheaper than any other laundromat and it beats having to fold.

Even with a washer and dryer at home I will still continue to use them.

This was my first time using the services from this laundromat. The owner was extremely professional and cares so much about offering the best service to his customers. The owner reached out to me when he was on his way to pick up and deliver my clothes. The clothes were picked up between the time slots I had requested. All the clothes came back folded perfectly and smelling super clean. All the clothes were organized in the bags. I have tried other laundry companies in Staten Island but nothing compares to O Star. I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

O Star is by far the best laundromat I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is the owner a great guy but he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I have been using O Star for about 4 years now and will never go anywhere else again, their customer service is unparalleled and they have the best pricing around for pick up and drop off service. Omar and his team have assisted me morning, noon and night, and are always so flexible with my schedule for dropping things off to me. The best place ever, I can 100% guarantee I will never do my own laundry again!

Best laundromat in the history of western civilization. Clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Also, they do a wonderful job of folding.

I remember one time on a sunday my parents washing machine broke down and I needed clothes for the next work day. It was like 3pm I never used a laundromat company before. My wife recommended o star. I kid you not they picked up my laundry and gave it back to me same day I was shocked. Since then I have been a returning customer every week. Affordable, reliable, and Wally and Omar the best. They pick up and drop off your clothes nicely folded, clean and smelling good and they even wash my laundry bag. These guys know how to run a business and customer service is always there top priority. Wally and Omar the owners will go out of their way, the extra mile to make a customer happy. I highly recommend o star, you wont be disappointed I promise. At this pace they will put other laundromat out of business. I love the pick up and drop off service. And there laundromat place super clean and the floor is nice and shiny.
