I did hot Bikram today. Amazing experience!!! Love this place!!! The studio is beautiful and cozy. Yoga teacher is super friendly and knowledgeable.
I took 4 classes so far and I loved every and each one of them!!
I feel so excited about this , don't want to stop taking these classes anymore , finally I found something to stick to it!!
Evan's class was so great!! What a stretch! I felt my whole body being worked and Tara is a sweetheart, her classes are also very good, she and Evan are very attentive to your every move.
