I love the size of the gym. It's a small community, and everyone is really supportive. The workouts are fun and engaging.

The environment here is simply addicting. No matter what your goals, you'll never want to leave once you join. All the coaches and members alike, are just the best. Many members have made new and strong friendships here. Highly competitive atmosphere while still being laid back and FUN at the same time. Really knowledgeable, really helpful, large space, and highly recommended. Membership pricing is fantastic compared to any other Crossfit I've seen. Definitely come drop in and see.

I've been a member of many different gyms in the past but CrossFit Steam is by far my favorite. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are super attentive during the workouts. You can't beat the price either! Some CrossFit gyms charge $200+ a month but not here. Don't worry, a low price doesn't mean low quality. The gym is always clean, the equipment is in great shape, and there's always a fun atmosphere at CrossFit Steam.

Steam has excellent trainers that focus on each athletes' performance and technique. It has helped me get in great shape after having 2 children and has definitely made me stronger. Whether you are an experienced crossfit athlete or want to try it for the first time, Steam has excellent workouts that are suitable for everyone.

Crossfit steam is the best!! Awesome coaches and really challenging workouts that can be scaled for any ability and skill level when needed. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming-- don't be intimated and come on in to try out a class! You won't regret it :)
