I met Karleen over 15years ago while she was working as a manager at Jackson Hewitt, from our very first encounter I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise she provided. It wasn't long after and not surprised when she started Reliable Tax Services. Every year since we met 15years ago Karleen has been doing not only my personal taxes but my business taxes and those of some of my closest colleague's.
I have been 100% satisfied with her service, promptness, good advice, and timely filing of my tax returns. I especially appreciate that I can send her random questions during the year and she never fails to quickly reply with a well considered answer.
