Clean hotel. Spacious rooms with good prices. Friendly staff. Housekeeping only came once and we were there for 5 days. Location is nice but hard to get out of the parking lot. Would stay again in short notice. If you want to be in New York then don’t stay here. You pay $17 to cross the George Washington bridge unless you take a longer way around.

No where in the Bronx can you find the perfectly baked Italian bread that Addeo & Sons Bakery makes. This place has by far the best Italian bread with the crunchiest ends, crunchy crust hiding the perfect inside. All the Italian delicatessens serve and use Addeo bread for their sandwiches. Like I said , I grew up in the Bronx's Little Italy and know where the best of everything for the palate is. Yum to the 10th level!!!😋

My family of five stayed here on December 10 to 12. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring New Jersey and new York city. Times Square is about 20 minutes from the hotel with no traffic. The hotel has a restaurant where you can order food from, I believe it's available until 2:00 am. There are also other options around if you drive 5 to 10 minutes from the hotel. There are no options within walking distance as the hotel is by the highway. There are two gas stations just before you pull into the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and with enough space for the 5 of us. We were on the eight floor facing the highway. The hotel offers breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 am. The breakfast selection was great!! They offered cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, apples, bananas, oatmeal, almond and regular milk, orang juice, apple juice and coffee.
The lobby was always clean and smelling good. The room also smelled clean and fresh. Not noisy at all. The staff was friendly all the time.

Hotels just seem to blend into each other. It's rare to find an unforgettable hotel but this one is just that.

The front desk employees were welcoming and went above and beyond to welcome our pet with treats.

The room was pristine and smelled fresh.

The shower was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I wish I like NYC more because this would be where I'd stay when I visit the area.

Highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Hyatt? You sure know how to hire good folks!

Bought a loaf of Ansonia Bread at Addeo & Sons and loved it. I haven’t had Ansonia Bread since I lived in East Harlem and bought it at Diprima Bakery on 116th St. and 2nd Ave. I wish you delivered to New Jersey.

We stayed here for 5 nights visiting family. We initially had a room in the highway side (front) of the hotel, but moved after 2 nights because it was too noisy due to the road, like all night traffic that you hear through the windows. New room on the back side of the hotel was much quieter, and also a bit cleaner. Quite a few cleaning staff on hand, which was good to see as some hotels are still trying to operate with a skeleton crew. There is a little bar/restaurant in the lobby, which had pretty decent food and drinks. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would probably stay here again when visiting Fort Lee but just be aware that nothing is walkable from here. Google tells you do walk to the street behind the hotel but you can't because it's a fenced off cliff. You need a car/Uber to get anywhere when staying here.

We recently had a large group of out of town wedding guests stay in the Hyatt Place. The staff was friendly and helpful….from the front desk to the housekeeping to the food service and the bar. They could not do enough to make our guests feel welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There was a free breakfast in the morning with enough variety for everyone to find something. The lunch/dinner food was delicious especially the veg flatbread and the bar was well stocked. Besides our guests staying there, we also stayed there for 5 days and felt very comfortable for the extended stay. The location is great, not far from NYC and also close to some beautiful walking trails along the Hudson River. Overall great place to stay!! Would like to give a special thanks to Samira and Sydney who helped coordinate our event and a special brunch for our wedding guests the next day!

Delicious Italian bread. I mean the best! Sesame seaded Italian bread is my favorite. I come here for bread all the time. Goes fast on weekends.

Fresh, fresh, fresh, & “homemade” this little bakery offers great breads in the style of a bygone era. Well made, as if your grandma made them. Definitely visit this bakery and try whatever they recommend... part of the experience is it’s low key aesthetic, situated on a quiet sleepy NYC corner. * the cookies are also tasty
