(February 16, 2023, 7:47 pm)We have been using this place for almost 5 years now, and I want to say thank you. The staff are always helpful and working as hard as they can, and have consistently helped me move stuff and work the elevators. The only reason I have to not give full stars is that the elevators are often broken (personal and/or freight). But there also back-up elevators in the back. So, hey, what in life is perfect?

(December 20, 2022, 6:56 pm)I accidentally forgot my keys to my unit, and Ashley from the office was so helpful. She was kind, patient, professional, and helped me avoid a major crisis. She quickly cut the lock for me, patiently operated the freight elevator multiple times, and was also very informative about future price changes. She truly made my experience so much more effortless. Big thanks, Ashely!

On My first trip to see the units , I met Vanessa and she was very detailed with all my options for storage! Because of these experiences I will recommend this location to my friends and family. She’s friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile. The team is also helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the facility was clean although the building is a little old is well maintained. Thanks Ashley and team.
