The staff here is top notch!! I came in to the store to get some links removed from a watch I bought on amazon and a lady gladly helped remove them quickly. Next time I'm in the market for some jewelry, I know whom I'll be giving business to!

Arlington jewlers provides the best customer service imaginable! My husband purchased my engagement ring (custom) and I purchased my husband's watch (wedding gift) and they are absolutely beautiful! The team goes above and beyond! The watch we got engraved and it looks stunning! Mary has an incredible eye for finding the piece you are searching for and goes above and beyond! She helped me pick out a necklace for my wedding singer. I will be recommending Arlington Jewlers to my friends and family.

Many years ago I went in to see Sal at Arlington Jewelers in Nutley with a picture of a pendant that was popular that Christmas at a national jewelry chain. I wanted to buy something similar as a present for my wife. Sal made a one of a kind piece for two thirds of the price that the national chain was charging and my wife loves her pendant. Since then we are are treated respectfully and fairly whenever we shop there. We highly recommend this local business.

Just wanted to say thank you to this hometown jewel. Customer for many years. They are always gracious and have gorgeous inventory.
Went in to have my neckalace repaired (my fault) again. The young gentleman took care of it, cleaned and had it ready before my trip to Shop Rite was over.
Then he was kind enough not to even charge.
Such a welcome change in these rough times.
Lifelong customer and all my family as well💜
