Mariana, the representative that was helping us make the purchase had told us we can bring it back within 30 days if we had any issue. We brought it back but there were no replacements as the item's that were similar had been sold out. She let us know she would contact us if there were any returns. 2 days later I got a call from Mariana stating they received a return of a similar item. It was marked up at the regular price when I had bought the original at a sales price. Mariana went above and beyond by calling letting us to let us know she had the replacement product and honoring the same price that we bought it on sale for originally. two thumbs up.
