I had a wonderful experience today at this location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially Gladys she went above and beyond for me. She helped me with an issue I had with my online order and I loved the customer service I received today! Great location and great workers.

The safety measures at this store were great. From the young lady at the door allowing entry asking if we had anything in mind that we were shopping for, informing us of all the safety practices to follow while in the store, and directing us to the area we needed, and the gentleman Brian helping with what my daughter and I needed which helped to make things quick and easy. Check out was also quick and easy considering I needed to do an exchange of an item from months ago. Great job American Eagle at Jersey Mills!! Thank you!!

Absolutely helpful staff, they took care of me good. I don’t understand why every time I go to cashiers they all look so tired but the crew members very really helpful and friendly, especially the girl that welcomes everyone and ask them if they want to test hand cream. Only thing is cashiers...

The clothes are great and fit amazing, I would suggest sizing down because their jean's and pants have stretch! I'm usually a size 4 but I go down to a 2! Only pet peeve is the prices are a lil high!!
