Chris the owner provided excellent service. I had some minor bumper damage. I brought my car in he gave me a quick estimate, and really went over everything in detail. He gave a me a great price and got the job taken care of in a timely manner. Most times you go to auto repair shop and you feel like you may be getting taken advantage of, however here was the exact opposite experience. Chris went over the whole repair job in detail, and worked with me to get a great price for the repair. The results came out great, all scratches gone and paint matched perfectly. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody that needs work done on their car!

Phenomenal job! I didn't recognize my own car as I stood next to it. The whole right side of my car need to be replaced. It was done seamlessly... and the entire car received TLC: scratches were buffed and the inside was cleaned. This is the third autobody we have tried since moving to NJ a decade ago. Alpha will be the only one we return to! Friendly and professional service- best quote! Chris communicated with our insurance, taking it off my to-do list.

The damage was so much worse than it looks in the pictures. Broken door handle, metal on back panel was ripples and peeled back and both doors badly scraped with the metal reshaped! Now it looks brand new!

I usually don’t write reviews, but for Alpha body shop I would like to sincerely express my gratitude and share my exceptional experience.

My BMW X5 were unfortunately hit twice. For the first time, I compared a few body shops based on Google reviews and luckily found Alpha. Chris the owner is such a professional, honest and patient person. He made the entire repair process transparent and smooth. He helped to arrange rental car and helped to file claims in the beginning. His thorough inspection then identified an additional subtle damage and convinced insurance adjuster to cover t. As a courtesy, Chris also fixed a bad scratch (not related to the accident) with no charge. The second time after my car was hit, I immediately called Chris. It was almost 6pm, he waited me to drop off my car, arranged rental again. Due to the parts shortage, this time we experienced a long waiting period (almost 2 months). Each time I called Chris, he patiently provided updates, and helped to chase car dealers to source parts. He also helped to communicate with adjuster to extend rental.

No surprise, the repairs were done phenomenally both times. My car came back like new. I cannot thank more to Chris, and would strongly recommend Alpha auto body to everyone!
