If you loose your ticket all you need is the phone number you provided them on record. They even have home pick up and delivery service.

What I really appreciate is the great care they give to my clothing and their delivery services which for those of us working business hours, is such a huge plus. They are professionals and maintain their professionalism with each interaction. Highly recommended!
