She orders more flowers if she thinks an arrangement does not look spectacular! The tradition applies in this warm place, and the idea is that the customer should always be happy! I am very proud to work with this group of people in a totally friendly and happy environment! We are Family !

(July 9, 2018, 12:19 pm)I was looking to send a unique basket , I liked a flower basket I saw online and called Woodmere flower shop to find out if they can send similar to the photo I liked . Customer service was so warm and kind and friendly , it was my pleasure ordering this unique basket . I spoke to the designer and she patiently listened and suggested better beautiful flowers to add to the design and I LOVED IT ! prices are a bargain compared to other local florists , but not only that, its the whole overall experience doing business with Woodmere Florist is just a blissful 100% satisfaction .

Not only is their work far above the other local shops, their joy in what they do, customer service, and compassion is simply amazing!! They have helped me out when others have left me hanging, celebrated in my joy, and helped me dry my tears. This will be my first and only choice of florists and I encourage everyone to give their business to such an amazing, caring shop.
