Bill was very thorough in understanding what we needed in a home and pointing us towards properties that fit our needs. He was also very responsive, patient and, understanding with our concerns.

Once we decided to make an offer on our new home, he worked with us to put together a competitive offer and, once accepted, put us in touch with everyone we needed to close without any issues and ahead of schedule.

Overall, we were first time home buyers on a short time schedule, and Bill made everything happen exactly as needed.
