Well In Montclair

I just started going to Well in Montclair for acupuncture with Patrick Cole. He is truly exceptional. After 1 session I had full range of motion back in my neck, and the root cause of my 5 year long hip pain addressed and improved. His knowledge and expertise are unparalleled, and I highly recommend him.

Cathy Stephenson and Kellie Fitzpatrick are the two Physical Therapists I am working with at Well In Montclair. They have been able to pinpoint where my shoulder issues are and have treated me with great skill and kindness. They hear me. The body work and exercises have been tailored to my needs. They have personalized a workout that I do at home. I am grateful Well was recommended to me and I am playing it forward!

Amazing staff hands down. Cathy, Meghan, Kelly, and Patrick are best. Also masseuse is best in state. They helped me fully recover from bad Achilles injury and best kept secret in NJ for physical therapy and massages. Highly recommend.

Cathy Stephenson has been a lifesaver for my whole family. She is knowledgeable, caring and has a very friendly and efficient office staff. When I pulled out my lower back and could barely walk, I immediately felt better after one visit and and could walk around without pain. But Cathy wasn't done - during my return visits, she figured out the cause of my pain and gave me targeted stretches and exercises to perform at home in order to stay aligned, strong and healthy. Since then she has helped me through 2 frozen shoulder injuries, helped my husband through two major rehabs, and helped my children through a variety of sports related injuries as well. Since we can usually get a PT appointment before we are able to see the orthopedist, the orthopedist typically just ends up confirming what Cathy has already told us. I highly recommend Well in Montclair!

I have been seeing Cathy for a running injury, and I have experienced significant improvement in just a few weeks. She used shockwave therapy on my hip area and the difference in comfort and mobility is miraculous! I love her space, it is calming and inviting.
