Desperately needed to get a tuxedo jacket cleaned. It had loads of set in stains, and they were somehow able to get them all out! Not only that but they did it within 24 hours!

Great prices, excellent service, thoroughly and very-well cleaned clothes. My new go-to cleaners in Jersey. Two weighty Gap turtleneck sweaters, one Jones of New York-linen (white) blouse and one Ralph Lauren-cotton blend (tan) long-sleeved T-Shirt. All cleaned for under $20.00, WHAT?!

UPDATE: As of today June 8 2022, the owner contacted me directly and the issue has been resolved within 2 hours. I am very appreciative to learn that a business i have been using for more than 7 years now care about their customers garments .
I understand that the manager followed the policy that was laid out for her.

They have damaged my expensive jacket and when I complained about the jacket being torn apart and shrinking they asked me for a receipt. 2 weeks later the manager texted me that it was not their fault but it's a factory default. How would that be the case when I dry cleaned it before with no issue ?
They never reimbursed me and were very rude about resolving the issue.
