The best switch I ever made was to Ultra Laundromat. They pick up my clothes right from my door no charge and drop them back off right to my door. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. The clothes come back smelling amazing and folded perfectly! I can also tell they pay attention to my side notes such as washing my fiancé’s work clothes separately than our other clothes and using bleach on our whites and towels! I would absolutely recommend this place.

I can recommend this laundry highly. The first two weeks I used their service, I was a bit disappointed because I had hoped to have one day pickup/drop-off service, but the amount of business caused by the current pandemic them to drop-off the day after pickup. When I expressed my disappointment, the owner personally reached out to me, apologized, and today I had one day service.
I was really impressed with his contacting me and showing a real desire to earn my business. That is rare in today's callous business environment. I will certainly continue to use Ultra, especially since the great quality of their work equals the great quality of the customer service I've described.
