This was the first time my husband and I used a delivery service, and we had hundreds of boxes we needed delivered to schools across all five boroughs. Vincent at Tri State One Rate Movers was super helpful. He explained the process clearly and answered all our questions patiently. On the day they came to pick up the boxes, when it was discovered my husband and I had mistakenly labeled duplicate boxes going to a couple of the schools, Vincent and the other men were super nice about it and took our mistakes in stride. They also kept in touch on the days of deliveries, letting us know how everything was going. Great service and we would definitely use them again in the future!

Let me begin by saying this is the first time out of roughly 5 moves that I have ever used a mover and I only did this time because having a daughter I just don’t have the energy to move. One Rate Movers provided me a fair rate and included all the packing materials. Everything went smoothly. From the salesperson who did the walk-through to the detailed proposal to the actual move. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. I’d refer them to anyone.
