In an era where good service is almost gone - kaputz, these guys have restored my faith! If there are ten stars then these guys deserve them. Food is top tier , and service is amazing. I think this me and hubby's favorite go to from now!

We used Top Tier for a men’s retreat and the food and service were exceptional. Sean and his crew were prepared and provided excellent communication, even with short notice for our event. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and eagerness to to provide a memorable experience for our event. Especially with such a reasonable price. But just because the price is reasonable, the taste of the food doesn’t come at a deficit. The food was amazing. We love Top Tier and hope to use them in the future.

As a customer the food was good. It’s hard to find good soul food in Brooklyn and if you want something freshly cooked and it actually has flavor. As a chef to chef I gave it 4 stars because the shrimp was flavorful a little on the salty side but the biggest con was the breading on the fried shrimp because as soon as I picked it up the breading fell off. I strongly recommend breading the shrimp letting it sit for a few minutes then drop it in the piping hot oil. Also use corn starch to help keep the breading crispy. The chicken I shared with a few people and it was also a little salty. The Mac & cheese was great. The fish was amazing. Being a little critical I would like to see more consistency in pricing. I completely understand inflation is a thing but seeing a different price online then seeing a different price in store thinking that is the inflation prices then seeing something different they put the Order in can be confusing. Other than that this place has the potential to be great just minor fixes but it it also me being critical chef to chef.

My God My God!!!! When I tell y’all top tier is the best. It’s true!! Amazing customer service. Shawn, the owner is so amazing. I had an order catered of baked ziti and garlic bread. When I got there it was hot and ready. They are theee best. The food is always good and fresh. Who ever cooking in there got it going onnnnnn. Food is seasoned well. I just love it here. Thank you Top Tier. Thank you Shawn.
