(September 25, 2022, 7:41 pm)The pizza here is so yummy and so perfectly made. Nice and crunchy but not burnt. The square pie is delicious and so are the mozzarella sticks. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. We will definitely be returning.

(March 22, 2022, 8:56 pm)My second visit to The Square on Annadale and they did not disappoint. All of the reviews referencing the delicious Brooklyn pizzas are true. This pizza was perfection and in fact has outdone even the best of Brooklyn. Not only that but the young man behind the counter was friendly and accommodating- a neat little thing called manners that their competition seems to have glossed over pays off. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

(April 6, 2021, 11:55 am)If you remember what the Spumoni Gardens tasted like back in the 70s and 80s then The Square has it matched to perfection. Order the Sicilian with extra sauce and cooked well done. You won't be disappointed!! I give it 5 stars!!

(February 28, 2018, 10:49 pm)Absolutely world class Sicilian; sauce on top like it should be. Great mix of sweet & savory. Great service too. From my unfortunately limited experience at either place, I’d say this pie is better than L&B Spumoni Gardens. I enjoyed a slightly undercooked crust which blended so well with the underlying mozzarella. I’ll be back whenever I step foot on Staten Island.
