Ted and Charlie have been my mechanic for almost 15 years. I have never been ripped off or taken advantage of at this shop. This is hands down the best shop in Rockaway. As a female who knows nothing about cars, going to a mechanic can be intimidating. When I go to Ted's,
I can be confident that my car will be fixed quickly, correctly, and that I'm getting a fair price. Ted is super friendly and always reassuring.. and yes, HONEST. He treats everyone who walks through the door with kindness and respect. Every time I go there, its like visiting family.
