The people are so polite and kind. The donuts are freshly made and not too sweet. I like that chewy texture. But don't order add-on items through the app, like other restaurant apps, because it will not be added, but you would have paid for it. I ordered an add-on peppermint flavor on latte, but that latte given to me was just the regular one.

Had to try Krispy Kreme after seeing all the long lines when it opened! Very fresh donuts and you could see them being made. Can't get fresher than that!

Just tried this for the first time and the kind lady by the conveyor belt made my day by giving me a sample donut fresh off the line with a smile. I promptly bought a dozen to bring home. It's employees like her that make customers come back for more.

I absolutely love this place!!! I mean, yes there did always a long wait but that’s to be expected as it’s a new place and the only location on Staten Island. The doughnuts are always fresh and the staff is always very patient. Best way to not wait it to order online from the app. They have dedicated parking for people picking up preordered orders, and they’re very quick with it
