Had trouble with our first room...there was an ozone machine still running in the room and it would not have been a good experience.
Thankfully, they were able to swap us to a different room and we had a comfortable night's sleep before heading to the airport the next morning.
We were able to take the hotel shuttle and it was a quick ride to get to there. However, the shuttle does not stop at Terminal A and we had to take the air train AND a bus after we were dropped off at Terminal C. Not that big of a deal this time because we had a little extra time. -

(December 30, 2022, 6:46 am)Really enjoyed our stay. I checked in on our app but had to stop by the front desk to book our 4:30am shuttle. Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with. Even gave us water & snacks without asking. Our flight was delayed and we were easily able to change to pick up with the shuttle. Room was clean and location was super convenient for an early am flight. Would definitely stay again.
