I did the whole "find apartments you like on StreetEasy and deal with whatever broker you get" thing, and while checking out roughly 20 apartments I found I dealt with no less than 10 different brokers. Out of all of them, Einat was the only one who showed up on time (actually early) to our appointment, and was the nicest, most honest and straightforward. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and she answered all of my questions very candidly. I loved dealing with her, and she made the application and lease signing process so incredibly easy, even though the person I was signing the lease with was traveling the entire time. She was kind and helpful to both of us and went out of her way to make sure we felt reassured throughout the whole process. She and her partner Thomas even showed up on lease signing day with a gift bag with a bottle of champagne and some coupons for local businesses. What a nice touch. You can tell that they both really care about the people they're representing and are really good at what they do. I found the perfect apartment, but god forbid if I ever have to move again, I'm going straight to Einat and Thomas.
