I can’t not express how happy I am to have found Serna Enterprise!! From start to finish they were all so amazing. My car was hit in a supermarket parking lot and I called them and right away the service was impeccable. They explained to me how it would work with my insurance and after filing the claim they handled the rest with them. The whole team were nothing but great. They knew I needed my car for work and worked on it as quickly as possible. My car went from an old car to a brand new one! Don’t have any hesitation definitely use them! I will recommend them to everyone I know !

Wow just had the best experience in all the years of having to deal with body shops. Quality for a price that's fair. They took care of us. Hopefully won't have to be back. But if ever definitely. Pilots 6 years old and they left looking almost new. Even did the headlights and door seals.

I had an amazing experience with Serna! I was rear ended and part of the back bumper was broken from the inside. From start to finish they have provided an outstanding service. A gentleman named Kevin estimated the repairs and agave me a time frame. I also had part of the front left bumper loose from an unknown impact. They did not only fix the back of my car but also the front. They went an extra mile that i did not expect and that means a lot to me! I will recommend them to friends and to anyone who wants excelente service.

i want to thank Andy and his team for going above and beyond on helping me fix my car. I’ve come to serna enterprise twice and both times have been fantastic service! First time, he fixed my cars window on the same day, without hesitation he told me to come in right away. And this time i had an accident and he fixed my car in less than a week. i really wasn’t expecting that since last time i went somewhere else and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. Plus they save me the trip to go get a rental instead they gave me a car themselves. He cleaned the inside of my car which he also didn’t have to do, he made my car looked brand new! I couldn’t believe it! Overall, Fenomenal Service from Andy. I am so happy i was referred to come to him and now i will do the same with anyone that needs a car fix! Thank you so much Andy and team, You guys are awesome !!! 🤩
