We have been going to Middletown Club Pilates for over 3 years and we can’t say enough good things! The front desk staff has always been friendly and caring. My wife has health challenges and physical limitations and the team has been exceptionally accommodating to adjust the exercises to her abilities and always focused on her health and well being. If she was unable to attend, they worked with her to suspend her membership as needed.
While they have a very talented team, Kristin has been a standout due to her caring, attitude, and depth of knowledge. For me, she can assess me as she sees me walking and adjusts my session to address the issues she observed.

Club Pilates in Middletown is great! The classes are awesome, led by the best instructors. The staff who handles the operations are always so friendly, caring, and considerate. The studio manager is one of the best. I workout in a lot of different gyms, but at Club Pilates they really care about your own fitness goals and help to get you there. I highly recommend everyone try them out!

Absolutely love Club Pilates Middletown. Instructors are amazing. Knowledgeable and patient. Plenty of classes to choose from. Different levels of instruction to accommodate everyone’s needs. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful and very informative. Management is always available and ready to help. I am loving my experience. 3 years and counting !!

Love this place! Had both knees replaced and have been going here over a year now! All the instructors are great ! Never an issue if accommodations needed My balance and strength have improved so much! The studio is kept very clean and has a great atmosphere! Everyone should do Pilates!!!

I really enjoy my classes at Club Pilates. I take Moti’s classes a couple of times a week in the mornings and over the course of 3 months I have yet to repeat the same routine. I love the diversity of the classes and the level of intensity is perfect. I have heard people complain about the ability to get into classes, I have never had an issue as I book my classes in advance allowing for ample scheduling time. Shout out to Jenn and Angie for service with a smile always!
