Arnold and Manny were true heroes. That’s what I call 5 start costumer service. Other companies should do their homework and mirror the staff here. Don’t normally leave many reviews, but I’m really really pleased with how professional and thoughtful they were from showing the premises, finding a good fit and signing the lease. From beginning to end: it took me about 20 minutes. Quick paperwork, convenient location from Manhattan by train, cost-benefit ++. Wish I had heard about this location earlier!!

I love this location. Every staff that I’ve encountered has been so friendly, helpful and kind. Today was Manny who was an absolute gem in helping me when I had forgotten a box cutter. It’s also very close to the station and a UPS store that my life is so much easier when shipping from this storage

The staff members Manny and Cesar were amazing!! They helped me with finding the right packing supplies. They went above and beyond! I am so grateful for their kindness and help! Definitely recommend.

Well I've had a unit here for a couple years now and it's been a good experience. The place is well kept the service is great. The guys here are so helpful.
One time our car wouldn't start and Cesar was a blessing who just happened to have a portable jumper for the car.
