Before my daughter was even born and I was looking into pediatricians nearby, I was so blown away that Dr. Vlad himself answered my phone call and really took the time to talk me through his practice and answer all of my questions.
We were discharged from the hospital on a Saturday after a few rounds of jaundice treatments, and he saw us the very next day on a Sunday to make sure her levels were continuing to drop.
I love that I can reach out whenever and my questions are answered almost right away, it gives me so much peace of mind as a new parent and we truly feel like we are his only patient during our visits. I couldn’t be happier that I found Dr Vlad!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr. Barayev to be my daughters pediatrician. As a first time mom I have many questions concerns and fears so having a concierge pediatrician like him is the best! To begin with having the option of the home visits is absolutely gold. With all you hear in the news and with the cold weather upon us having him come to my house for my daughters first visit was perfect. He took his time and definitely showed how passionate he is about his work. He treated her as if it was his own daughter. And having that as a constant option is amazing. To top it off having him answer all my questions via text at all times never making me wait is so reassuring and provides a piece of mind that I know I would not get with a traditional doctor. He provides the constant knowledge and support first time moms need. He goes above and beyond and his service speaks for itself. I cannot wait to continue my daughters journey with him.

He’s an excellent Doctor ! He goes beyond expectations. He takes his time and explain you very well everything, I haven’t seen a doctor like him long time ago, he’s different and his attention it’s personalized with you and your child. He’s really sweet and nice and make your kids feel comfortable around him.

Getting care for your child is one of the hardest things sometimes -- and when no one else would help me with a situation we were in, Dr. Vlad stepped right up. He was responsive, kind, and helpful. No only that, but his interactions with my daughter really highlighted for me just what great bedside manner he has. So grateful to him and highly recommend him!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Vlad earlier this year.  He is not just a wonderful person but an excellent doctor.  He is very compassionate, professional and knowledgeable.  I have two children and he is very quick to answer any questions and concerns.  It is rare to find a doctor who truly cares about patients and loves the field of medicine, but that is Dr. Vlad.  A true a diamond in the rough!  I highly recommend anyone with children to visit Dr. Vlad!
