Absolutely excellent service provided by Foued Zaied. He was educational, kind and super helpful. He has ensured that I always come back to him for all my shoe/boot needs. I have been to other locations and the service with Mr. Zaied is above and beyond and incomparable. Extremely Happy Customer, he is the standard of what all your locations should aspire to be!

Read the reviews so was a bit suspect. Nothing but good things in my experience. Called ahead of time to ask about workboot models and sizes. The guy checked - said they didn't have my size but had other, similar, workboots available. I was still suspect but drove down anyway. Nice sales guy - no hassle, no rush or pushing to buy other stuff. Explained warranty and services. Got in and out in about 5 minutes. Good experience on May 15th, 2018.... only issue - Parking lot is TINY...

I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed my experiences with the folks at the Red Wing store in Brooklyn. Both my wife and I have bought awesome boots in the store. In one case, Q - who is a an absolute star when it comes to customer service - went out of his way to procure for me a limited edition pair of "Irish Setter" mocs, which are super hard to find. These guys are the best, and you should go check out what the store has to offer!
